Thank you to all who have joined us for our 5th annual symposium. Please view the archived video of the event.

Synopsis:
People have different views on privacy, different priorities and we get mixed messages from an increasingly complex world. We leave bits of information about ourselves in our digital and physical lives. Who’s using that information and does it matter?

Dr. Adriana Sanford, ASU Lincoln Professor of Global Corporate Compliance & Ethics presents on data brokers and how data is used by companies. Social Media Specialist, Erika Gronek follows with an exercise exploring data privacy. Dr. Gary Marchant, Lincoln Professor of Emerging Technologies, Law and Ethics led a discussion on social media photo sharing. Dr. Braden Allenby, Lincoln Professor of Engineering and Ethics wrapped up the symposium with a discussion on drones and warfare.
